Stretching from Le Grand Beach to Rossiter Bay via Lucky Bay, Thistle Cove and Hellfire Bay, this spectacular 17km track combines excellent coast views with some rock scrambles. It's an eight-hour hike one-way, but can be divided into four sections.
Rossiter Bay to Lucky Bay (two to three hours) involves a scramble over a ridge, and a long walk along squeaky white sand. Lucky Bay to Thistle Cove (one hour) is the easiest part of the walk, with gorgeous sea views throughout. The traverse from Thistle Cove to Hellfire Bay (two hours) involves scrambling over granite slabs, while Hellfire Bay to Le Grand Beach (three hours) is the toughest part of the trail, with steep inclines.
