Bistro in Mildura

Under the direction of Scandinavian-Australian chef Dag Demarkow, the menu at Botanica cannily incorporates Asian and European flavours with best of seasonal and local Sunraysia produce. That could mean lamb with Middle Eastern zataar spices and hummus, or Murray River cod with French flavours. The dining room is a little formal, but the ambience is softened with warm service.
