Chinese in Central Hobart & the Waterfront

Excellent roast duck (the whole bird $46), steamed dumplings, and squid studded with ginger and spring onion feature at this clean-cut, glass-fronted eatery delivering the authentic flavours of the owners’ Chinese hometown of Nanjing (where the tea leaves must be sizeable). The beef in hot chilli oil is a thing of wonder (regular karaoke sessions, less so).
