When the sun goes down over Great Oyster Bay, Freycinet Lodge wheels out the fine dining. Expect delicacies such as chargrilled Tasmanian wallaby with plum and pearl barley, or a seafood platter for two with everything out of the bay (great oysters indeed). There’s a Tasmania-heavy wine list too. Bookings mandatory; open for buffet breakfast too.
