This flashy new fine-dining restaurant fills the innards of Peter Teakle Wines, a stone-and-wood winery on the hillsides behind Port Lincoln. There are 19,000 stones in the walls and 2.7km of American oak in the ceiling – something to ponder as you enjoy wine tastings and a grass-fed sirloin steak with fermented mustard. A grazing menu kicks in between 3pm and 6pm.

On your way out, sneak a peek at the impressive vegetable garden off to one side.
