Building on the Riverina region's reputation as a gourmet hotspot, cookery classes conducted by Tania Sibrey cover cuisines as diverse as Italian, Spanish, Indonesian and Vietnamese. Held mainly on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 2pm or on Wednesday nights, the hands-on sessions take place at Food I Am's purpose-built venue around 12km south of central Wagga Wagga. Classes include dinner and regional wines.
