McLaren Vale Distillery

A snappy-looking corrugated-iron shed, high on a hillside, this rather isolated whisky maker is still finding its niche amidst the McLaren Vale vines (an uphill battle, competing with all that shiraz). But the big copper is still here doing its thing, and you can stop by on a weekend afternoon for a wee dram.
