Owners Don Koh and Yunie Choi bring a slice of Korea to Newtown at this contemporary eatery. Start with small plates, known as anju, – deep-fried tofu kimchi balls are a winner – then fill up on a sizzling plate of beef bulgogi, spicy chicken bimbimbap or the deep-fried eggplant and tofu rice bowl. There’s a range of Korean and Japanese beer, along with soju (distilled rice wine).
Two sittings at 5:30pm and 8pm are available for dinner Thursday to Saturday nights. Reservations are recommended.
