At West End's western edge, this airy, sustainable cafe-restaurant champions local produce and meat-free dining. Almost everything is made in-house, including a very Aussie 'Vegemite' made using black sesame and tamari. The result is vibrant, feel-good dishes like pearl couscous with chickpeas, heirloom tomatoes, fermented pumpkin and citrus salad. Drinks include excellent, locally roasted coffee and vegan wine and beer.
