Ice Cream in Bellingen

Robert Sebes, the former owner of a legendary inner-Sydney cafe, has been scooping out stellar gelato in Bellingen since 2006. It's all made from scratch, with minimal added sugar. Traditional Italian flavours, such as zabaglione and pistacchio, are fabulously distinct, while Sebes' own creations – perhaps halva or spiced plum – are inventive but never faddish or overloaded.
