Meander through back roads to taste outstanding wines from five award-winning wineries of the Mt Barker subregion of the Great Southern, grown in cool climate and nestled next door to national parks.  Our Busy Blue Bus guide will take care of the skipper duties, whilst you take pleasure in tastings from award-winning cellar doors. Share a platter lunch of local produce. Take part in a private guided winery tour and journey through a cool, clean, natural environment that creates hallmark wines. ‘Magical and memorable!’
Your tour starts at the Albany Visitor Centre or with a courtesy pick-up at the door of your accommodation (please advise). Your tour guide will provided commentary as you travel north to the Porongorup Ranges and Mt Barker. At your first stop, enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee and  taste wines from a small family-owned winery at Gilberts.  Further north, and with fabulous views to the Porongurup Range National Park, the next stop is at Arcadia Wines where wine and locally brewed beer can be tasted.  In Mt Barker experience a private guided tour of a functioning winery, share a platter lunch of local produce and taste award-winning wines. After lunch your tour turns north west to Galafrey a 40 year old winery where the owner's artwork is on display and for sale.  The last winery stop on the itinerary is West Cape Howe.  Then you will meander through back roads, travelling south again to Albany.
