Weather warning for the Netherlands' coastlines

The Dutch meteorological institute has issued severe weather warnings for parts of the Netherlands.

Northern and western regions have received code yellow weather warnings and can expect strong winds (up to 90mph in the west) and very heavy rain over the weekend and into next week. Visitors travelling to coastal areas and holiday makers towing caravans could be significantly affected by strong gusty winds as well as traffic delays caused by the adverse weather.
