A first look at Vivid Sydney

Vivid Sydney – the incredible festival that lights up the Australian city – is back again this year on 24 May until 15 June.

Photographers have already had the chance to see some of the exhibitions, including the one at Taronga Zoo, which is illuminated with almost 300 lanterns, highlighting endangered species.

The event lights up the Sydney Opera House, while there are also lights at Sydney Harbour, Barangaroo, Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, Luna Park Sydney, The Rocks and Chatswood. Vivid Sydney also means plenty of music, talks, workshops and so much more, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.
