Virgin Australia struts its stuff with launch of swish new business class cabin
If you have a few dollars in your pocket and have always fancied flying from Los Angeles to Sydney (or vice versa) in style, you might be interested in taking a trip in the fanciest new cabin in town - Virgin Australia’s new International Business Class.
It was officially launched late last week at LAX, and will allow customers to jet over the Pacific in the height of luxury on daily, fourteen-hour long flights.
‘The Business’ includes a new Business Class Bar and Lounge, and its set to be installed on all Virgin Australia Boeing 777-300ER aircraft by September of this year, together with a new Premium cabin. Americans are big fans of travelling to the land Down Under; in 2015 the United States was Australia’s fourth biggest inbound market for visitor arrivals, and there was a 10% increase in visitors from the US to Oz last year.
Other features include 37 private suites, 18-inch HD entertainment screens, fine dining and Nespresso coffee.
