From April, new daily flights between Kathmandu and Chengdu in China will pass close to Mount Everest (known in China as Mount Qomolangma), offering grandstand views of the world’s tallest mountain. The flights will be operated by Sichuan Airlines, responding to growing demand from Chinese tourists visiting Nepal. Read more: economictimes.indiatimes.com
