Up for a stroll? London tube map adds walking times between stations
Many travellers in London are amazed at the ease at which you can get around the city on the tube. But you could be saving time – and seeing more – by getting off the Underground and walking to your next destination.
Transport for London released a map of zones 1 and 2, with numbers indicating how long it takes to walk between stops. Much of the downtown stops are 15 minutes or less away on foot and could take you less time to get to than waiting for a train, or you could see more of what London has to offer by getting off a stop early and going on foot.
