Unesco-listed Old Town in Yemen bombed
A Unesco-listed neighbourhood in the Yemeni capital Saana has been attacked by Saudi warplanes over the past few days.
The Falayhi Quarter, a residential heritage area containing houses over 2,500 years old was left damaged. Unesco's director general has reportedly sent requests to Saudi authorities to steer away from cultural sites throughout the conflict. Read more: middleeasteye.net
