Ukraine’s only low-cost airline to stop flying

Ukraine’s only low-cost airline, WizzAir Ukraine has announced that it will cease operations. Its ten international routes will be discontinued by 20 April, but WizzAir Hungary will continue to operate its eight routes to and from Ukraine. Passengers who bought tickets for the discontinued flights in advance will be contacted by the company for a refund. The airline has stated the instability in eastern Ukraine and the volatility of the Ukrainian currency as reasons for the decision to stop flying. Read more:
