Two dead, seven injured in Vietnam motor canoe crash

A motor canoe carrying tourists in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta  region crashed into a bridge on Tuesday, throwing most aboard into the river.

Nearby residents were able to pull seven people from the water alive, though injured, but the boat’s driver and the tour guide both died in the incident. The injured tourists include six Vietnamese Australians and one Vietnamese man. Read more:
