The Tunisian government has declared the country to be in a state of emergency, a little over a week after the Isis massacre on a Sousse beach. President Beji Caid Essebsi warned that another terrorist attack could mean collapse for the country. Under the state of emergency, police and military can be given increased powers and there can be limits to right of public assembly. Read more: independent.co.uk
