Travel bargain as wildebeest start migration early

The ‘Great Migration’, which involves hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebra moving en masse across the Serengeti in Tanzania, and eventually into Kenya’s Masai Mara Reserve, has started three months early this year. As prices in the region over the next month or two are half of what they would be when the migration typically occurs, the early start gives travellers the opportunity to experience this phenomenon at a bargain price.
