Toymaker Mattel in 'Nazi Poland' error

Polish officials have demanded that toymaker Mattel correct an error in their game 'Apples to Apples', which refers to 'Nazi Poland'. A card in the game features the movie Schindler's List and reads, '1993 Steven Spielberg film. Powerful, real-life story of a Catholic businessman who eventually saved over a 1000 Jews in Nazi Poland.' The wording has caused offence since Poland was under Nazi occupation during World War II. A spokesperson from the Polish Embassy in the US confirmed they have contacted the CEO of Mattel to correct the error in the game, which is estimated to have sold more than 3 million copies.
