Tourist assistance hotline now operating in Vietnam

Vietnam has launched a 24-hour hotline providing travel and event information for tourists, with operators speaking both English and Vietnamese. The hotline can also be used for assistance when lost, if wishing to complain about tourism services, or to be connected with travel agents to make bookings. The hotline has reportedly been very busy in its first few days of operation. Read more:
