Toronto Zoo sees revenues decline despite arrival of pandas

The Toronto Zoo has announced an $8.3 million decline in revenues since last year, despite the arrival of two pandas from China. The largest decrease in revenues were a result of falling ticket sales and zoo administrators attribute the drop in attendance to a cold winter that kept visitors away from the outdoor attraction. The zoo will rely on a reserve of funds from a profitable year in 2013. Read more: metronews.ca
