100 days of contemporary art begins in Thessaloniki

Greece’s second city, Thessaloniki is hosting the fifth Thessaloniki Biennale of Contemporary Art. It opened on the 24th of June and will last until the 30th of September.

For 100 days the events such as 14 contemporary art exhibitions with works by more than 100 artists from around the world, a performance festival, screenings, workshops, guided tours and more will be held at various venues around the city including the State Museum of Contemporary Art, the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki, the Pavilion 6 and the Thessaloniki City Hall.
