The Greek island of Little Lesvos (Lesbos) in northeastern Aegean Sea is for sale for €800,000. The 16-acre island is uninhabited and located 200m off Lesvos (Mytilini), Greece’s third-largest island. Little Lesvos currently has a Greek owner, who has put it for sale on the international market for the first time.

The island of Lesvos, also known as Lesbos, was the home of the poet Sappho in the 6th century BC. She famously wrote about female beauty and womens' relationships. The word lesbian comes from the island of Lesbos and it is a popular lesbian holiday destination. Read more: greece.greekreporter.com
