The guide, which gives star ratings to restaurants, is being produced in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board and Robert Parker Wine Advocate. Anonymous reviewers from Hong Kong, Japan, the US, Britain and Spain will reportedly be tapped to create the Singapore editon, which will cover not just high-end restaurants but also street food.
