Romania offers virtual tours of world's second-largest building
Romania’s Palace of Parliament can now be visited on a virtual tour.
The second-largest building in the world (after the Pentagon) and Bucharest’s biggest tourist attraction, it was completed in 1989 on the orders of Nicolae Ceausescu, Romania’s late communist dictator. Users of an online platform can now visit some of the 365,000-sq-m building’s 1000 rooms, as well as the Parliament Museum and 150 works of art available in the platform. Read more: balkaninsight.com
