A group of business owners in Seattle are planning to open a beer and food truck park in the hip waterfront neighborhood of Ballard. Ballard Bites and Brew will feature a beer garden and up to four food trucks at a time, which will rotate out day and night. The proposed location, a vacant lot on 50th Street, is in the heart of Ballard’s brewery and bar zone. Other planned features will include an espresso and breakfast sandwhich drive-thru window and a stage for live music. The park’s owners hope to open by April. Read more: seattlemet.com
