Russia’s World Cup logo unveiled in outer space

The logo for the 2018 World Cup in Russia was unveiled on 28 October by three cosmonauts on board the International Space Station, followed by a projection on the front of Moscow’s Bolshoi Theatre. The president of FIFA Sepp Blatter said that the tournament will not be moved outside Russia because of the crisis in Ukraine. Read more: mirror.co.uk
