Russia to play host to International Army Games
Russia will host the third annual international tank biathlon in the village of Alabino near Moscow as part of the International Army Games.
This three-week competition starts on the first of August and takes place in ten locations around the country. Armed forces from 14 countries are participating. Other events include low-altitude piloting, an airborne contest for paratroopers, a water-based competition for pontoon troops, as well as a ‘field kitchen’ contest in which each team has to prepare a traditional meal from their country.
