Organisers at Roskilde Festival, Denmark's largest music festival, are this year introducing a new way to deal with the problem of what to do with the 100,000-250,000 litres of urine produced by guests: 'beercycling'. The plan is to gather the human waste-water and transport it to a nearby field where it will be used to fertilise malting barley.
