A Swedish entrepreneur has opened a gourmet food truck in Stockholm's upmarket Stureplan district, serving up 'ecological and vitamin-packed' dishes for the neighbourhood's more discerning dogs. Magnus Rosengren saw a gap in the market for health-conscious Swedes who also wanted to give their pooch a healthy meal.
