Portugal’s TAP airline pilots plan 10-day strike in May

Chaos is expected to hit flights to and from Portugal over the key May Day public holiday as TAP pilots have scheduled strike action from 1 May to 10 May, when thousands of Brits will fly out for holidays and long weekends abroad. If the strike action goes ahead, it is expected that most flights will be grounded and changes to flight schedules could last for days after the strike action.
