Plans for new exhibition at Auschwitz unveiled

Poland's Minister of Culture, Małgorzata Omilanowska, has agreed to plans to create a brand new main exhibition at Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial & Museum. The extensive renovations required, mean that the project will be staggered over eleven years. The new, modern, three-part exhibition will feature across six blocks at the former Nazi death camp, where around 1.1 million people died during WWII. Read more:
