Parma celebrates its pork products with festival

Fans of Parma ham, Culatello di Zibello and other pork products should head for Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region this November, as it is holding a month-long festival dedicated to the region's various pork-based cold cuts. The festival, which features food stands, handcrafted beers, street art and music, will tour from town to town each weekend, and restaurants on the Strada del Culatello (Culatello Route) will offer special deals on pork-based menus.
