Panda triplets serenaded by famous Chinese pianist at naming ceremony

Panda triplets that were born in China in late July have officially been named. The three cubs are the world’s only surviving panda triplets, as experts believe they have now passed the danger zone for panda survival after birth. The eldest, a female, was named Mengmeng, meaning cute, while her two younger brothers were called Kuku (cool) and Shuaishuai (handsome). During the naming ceremony in Guangzhou the pandas were treated to a performance by classical pianist Li Yundi. Read more: shanghaiist.com
