A international travel company that sells working holiday packages to young people is being investigated by the Office of Fair Trading in Australia after receiving complaints from travellers. The Global Work and Travel Co reportedly offers travellers job opportunities, flights, transfers, visa assistance and insurance in five countries on ten different programs. Complaints have been made about high-pressure sales tactics, misleading wording on contracts and the size of their mark-up on flights. The Global Work and Travel Co has denied misleading travellers and said it has a 97.5 - 99% customer satisfaction rating. Read more: abc.net.au
