No stunt photos at Sydney’s Royal National Park

Fractures have been observed in the Wedding Cake Rock formation on the New South Wales coast prompting the National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) to fence off this iconic tourist spot on Sydney's Royal Coast Walk warning visitors to stay away from the cliff face.

It is believed that the entire rock formation could collapse anytime within the next decade.  "We will now take action to create a new and safer way to allow visitors to take in the beauty of the site without compromising their safety," said NPWS. "This will likely mean a new viewing platform further back from the edge that will allow people to safely take those incredible shots of the rock formation that have become internationally recognizable.” Read more:
