No racing, just cake and dressing up at Bengaluru dog ‘marathon’

The Indian city of Bengaluru has chosen to celebrate the birthday of Mohandas Gandhi with an unlikely-sounding dog ‘marathon’, where dozens of dogs paraded around Cubbon Park dressed in Indian traditional costume.
