The tallest residential building in the western hemisphere is about to open in New York City, giving its lucky (and wealthy) occupants some amazing views. Living at up to 1396 ft (higher than the Empire State Building and One World Trade Center if you discount the spire) doesn’t come cheap, with the penthouse apartment in the tower at 432 Park Avenue costing $95 million.
