Paris to get first new skyscraper in 40 years
Paris has approved plans for a 42-story skyscraper to be constructed in the city.
The Tour Triangle (Triangle Tower) will be the first new skyscraper to be built in Paris in almost 40 years, sparking controversy and debate across the city as historically it has kept its buildings at a low height and classical. The new €500 million tower will stand at a height of approximately 180 metres tall, a similar height to the Gherkin in London, and house a hotel, office space and Sky Bar. Read more: independent.co.uk
