New report on New Zealand beach water quality

According to new information published on the Land, Air, Water Aotearoa website 49 of 350 New Zealand beaches have water quality issues meaning that taking a dip in the sea there puts you at a high risk of illness or infection. Auckland beaches were particularly problematic with eleven of the region’s 63 beaches rated poorly. Read more: stuff.co.nz
