Over 100 Tokyo stations to roll out free wi-fi

Tokyo will roll out free wi-fi at 143 of its subway stations starting in December. The selected stations include the major transport hubs most used by foreign visitors, such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza and Ueno.  Users first need to download the wi-fi app and register. Registering also allows visitors to get online at a number of other free wi-fi spots already in operation in Tokyo. Read more: ajw.asahi.com
