Melbourne tops world's most liveable city list (again)

Melbourne has been named the world’s most liveable city by the Economist Intelligence Unit from 140 cities, for a fifth year in a row.

The survey rates cities on health care, education, stability, culture and environment and infrastructure. Melbourne beat Vienna, Vancouver, Toronto and Adelaide for the top ranking. And the world’s least liveable cities? Tripoli, Libya; Lagos, Nigeria; Port Moresby, PNG; Dhaka, Bangladesh and Damascus, Syria.
