Lonely Planet Kids: photo competition winners

The results are in! Lonely Planet Kids are very excited to share with you the winners and runners-up from our recent photo competition.

There were two categories: one for children aged 8 and under, and one for children older than 8. To win, the children had to submit a photo they had taken themselves and tell us why they liked it so much.

The two winners will receive a waterproof camera and a bundle of our Lonely Planet Kids books. There were three runners-up in each category and they all receive a bundle of books too. The two winning photographs will also be on display at Lonely Planet's photography exhibition in London this November – pop along to see their snaps up close and join our Lonely Planet Kids workshops!

Congratulations to all our winners and thank you to everyone who entered.
