Leuven University returns 35,000-year-old skeleton to Egypt

A human skeleton thought to be 35,000 years old is being returned to Egypt from Belgium’s Leuven University. The skeleton was unearthed in Sohag, Upper Egypt, in an archeological mission by the university, but is being brought back to Egypt after a diplomatic push. It will be put on display in Cairo’s National Museum of Egyptian Civilisation. Read more: english.alarabiya.net
