Kyiv museum hosts exhibition on war in east Ukraine
Kyiv’s Museum of the Great Patriotic War is hosting an exhibition on the war in east Ukraine.
The exhibits have been collected by museum staff and include personal belongings donated by Ukrainian soldiers and relatives of those killed in battle. There is also a section on foreigners fighting in Ukrainian forces. On 14 October the country celebrated the first ever Defenders’ Day as a national holiday, which will from now on be celebrated annually. Read more: uatoday.tv and uatoday.tv
