Jordan announces launch of bargain tourism pass

The Jordanian Tourism Ministry has announced the launch of the ‘Jordan Pass’ which gives tourists access to over 40 attractions in Jordan  and downloadable brochures to the sights.

If bought before visitors enter the country, visa fees are waived too. The cheapest pass, which  includes a one-day visit to Petra costs JOD70 (USD99) - by contrast, entry to Petra for one day ordinarily costs JOD 50 (70). Read more: jordantimes.com
