Herd of Elk bring traffic to a standstill in Colorado

A video posted online shows a herd of elk bringing traffic to a stop at an intersection in Estes Park. Area resident Autumn Phillips posted the video online on Sunday. Since then the video has been viewed 2.8 million times.

Meanwhile, wildlife experts remind Colorado visitors and residents to stay away from elk. Early fall marks the rutting season for elk, and the males can be especially aggressive and territorial.
